Uubuzz Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Introduction

Welcome to the uubuzz platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between uubuzz and its users. By accessing the uubuzz.wine website or mobile app, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been published in English with Bangladesh-based users in mind. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered definitive. We always strive to ensure that both versions remain consistent.

These Terms apply to all uubuzz services, games, promotional offers, and customer support. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Register

To open a valid account on uubuzz, you must provide accurate and truthful information. If any details provided at registration are found to be false or misleading, uubuzz reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• Each individual is allowed only one account per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration. Some services may be restricted until these have been verified.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The uubuzz platform is intended solely for 18 years of age or older individuals only. Registration or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and the balance on the account may be forfeited.
• Uubuzz may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

Deposits & Payments

Uubuzz supports the most popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500।
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are typically Within 15 minutes is credited to your account. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• If a deposit fails or you experience any issues, please contact the support team within 30 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Please use only your own mobile banking account.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawing funds from uubuzz is simple and fast. However, the following rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000।
• Withdrawals are typically 30 minutes to 2 hours within processing time. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification on your account must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Uubuzz reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious activity.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 5,00,000. Separate limits apply for VIP members.

Bonuses & Promotions

Uubuzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you must read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 30x must be completed.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonus on repeat deposits every week. Separate terms apply.
• Cashback: Cashback at a set percentage on weekly losses. No wagering required on cashback.
• Bonuses can only be claimed from a single account. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will be blocked.
• Uubuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gameplay Rules

All games on uubuzz are operated to international standards. Please keep the following in mind while playing:

• Each game has its own rules — it's a good idea to review them before you start playing.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the last confirmed result will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Before any account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance, unless forfeiture is required due to fraudulent activity.

Liability

Uubuzz strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, uubuzz is not liable for the following:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Failure or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• If the user shares their password or allows someone else to access their account.

Changes Policy

Uubuzz reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• Users will be notified in advance by email or SMS before any significant changes take effect.
